Invisalign®
As an Invisalign® Platinum Provider, you can expect nothing less than the best, your treatment and your smile are in the best of hands.
Invisalign® Treatment
As an Invisalign® Platinum Provider, our team has extensive experience in planning and managing Invisalign cases for a wide range of patients. Invisalign treatment uses clear, removable aligners that gradually move your teeth into their desired positions — without the use of metal brackets or wires.
Each aligner is custom-made to fit your teeth and is worn for around one to two weeks before progressing to the next in the series. Over time, this process gently shifts your teeth toward the planned final position.
How Invisalign® Works
Invisalign aligners are made from a smooth, medical-grade plastic material and are designed to be discreet and comfortable. Because they are removable, aligners can be taken out for eating, brushing, or special occasions, allowing flexibility during treatment.
Your dentist will take detailed digital scans or impressions to develop a personalised treatment plan using Invisalign’s proprietary ClinCheck® software. This software helps visualise the planned tooth movements and provides an estimated treatment timeline. Actual results and timeframes vary depending on individual factors such as tooth movement, bone response, and compliance with aligner wear.
Invisalign® and Traditional Braces
Invisalign is one of several orthodontic treatment options available to improve tooth alignment. In some cases, traditional fixed braces may be more suitable — your dentist will assess and recommend the best approach based on your individual needs.
While Invisalign aligners are clear and removable, which may make oral hygiene and eating easier for some patients, they also require consistent wear (usually 20–22 hours per day) for optimal results. Your dentist will discuss the advantages, limitations, and responsibilities associated with each option.
Clear Aligners
Clear and discreet aligners that are custom-fitted to your teeth
Comfortable Fit
Unlike braces, they are very comfortable and easy to maintain, with the added benefit of minimizing the impact it may have on your speech, diet, and overall comfort.
Removable Retainers
Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign aligners are removable, such as when eating or playing sport.
Clearer timelines
Our proprietary ClinCheck software allows you to visualise every stage of your Invisalign treatment, helping to give you a clearer picture of the treatment duration.
Good Oral Hygiene
This also has the added benefit of making it easier to keep your aligners clean and maintain general oral health. Easily remove to brush your teeth, floss in between them without any new brushes required.
Fewer Consultations
Enjoy fewer consultations overall, as the Invisalign treatment consists of creating custom-made aligners as part of your treatment plan. This means minimal disruptions to life and work.
Important Information
As with all orthodontic treatments, outcomes and treatment times vary between patients. Invisalign® treatment requires consistent aligner wear and regular reviews. Your dentist will discuss all relevant risks, benefits, and alternative options before commencing treatment.

Dental Hygiene Frequently Asked Questions
My gums bleed when I brush my teeth or floss, what does this mean?
Bleeding gums are a sign of inflammation caused from plaque, a sticky film containing bacteria sitting on the teeth and along the gum line. When teeth aren’t brushed adequately the bacteria causes Gingivitis, which is inflammation of the gums. This includes swollen/ puffy gums, darkened red in colour, bleeding and can be painful. Gingivitis is reversible through good brushing 2 times a day and flossing once a day. If bleeding occurs when you floss don’t be discouraged this is a sign that you need to floss more. You aren’t doing any damage to the gums and after a short time the bleeding will stop and your gums will become a lot healthier.
