All treatments, including Invisalign® clear aligners and professional teeth whitening, are regulated dental procedures. Initial scans, 3D simulations, and event offers are for preliminary informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Suitable treatment plans, results, risks, and durations vary for each individual and must be formally assessed during a clinical examination. Assessment of suitability is strictly at the clinical discretion of a registered dentist at Dental 359.

Teeth whitening is provided at no additional charge only upon clinical suitability and formal commencement of full Invisalign® treatment. Offers are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with any other discount. Full treatment costs and fee breakdowns are provided in writing prior to obtaining informed consent.

Terms & Conditions

By registering for and attending the Dental 359 Invisalign® Seminar, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Attendance & Offer Eligibility

  • Promotional offers—including the initial consultation and 3D scan at no charge, teeth whitening at no additional charge upon commencement of full treatment, and $1,000 off full Invisalign® treatment—are available exclusively to registered attendees who attend the seminar on 7th November 2026.
  • Offers are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, voucher, or discount.
  • Limit of one (1) promotional package per attendee.

2. AHPRA Compliance & Offer Disclosures

In accordance with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) advertising guidelines:

  • Initial Assessment & 3D Scan: The initial Invisalign® consultation and 3D digital scan are provided at no charge to event attendees and carry no obligation to proceed with further clinical treatment (standard baseline value: $500).
  • Teeth Whitening Offer: The professional teeth whitening offer (standard baseline value: $799) is provided at no extra charge only upon acceptance, clinical suitability, and formal commencement of a full-course Invisalign® treatment plan at Dental 359. It is not available as a standalone no-cost service.
  • Full Disclosure of Costs: All total costs, fee breakdowns, and ongoing maintenance requirements associated with the full treatment plan will be provided in writing following your initial clinical examination prior to obtaining informed consent.

3. Clinical Suitability & Dental Assessment

  • All treatments, including Invisalign® clear aligners and professional teeth whitening, are regulated dental procedures.
  • Consultations, 3D scans, and subsequent treatments are subject to a comprehensive clinical examination to determine individual suitability for orthodontic and whitening procedures.
  • Assessment of clinical suitability is strictly at the professional discretion of a registered dentist at Dental 359.
  • If a patient is deemed clinically unsuitable for Invisalign® or teeth whitening due to underlying oral health conditions (e.g., active decay, periodontal concerns), alternative treatment or stabilization options may be discussed; promotional discounts or offers cannot be exchanged, credited, or transferred to unrelated dental procedures.

4. Promotional Value & Pricing Baseline

  • The $1,000 discount applies exclusively to full-course Invisalign® treatment based on standard Dental 359 practice fees.
  • Standard baseline values referenced across promotional materials reflect normal non-promotional practice fees ($500 for consultation & 3D scan; $799 for professional whitening).

5. Treatment Outcomes & Health Warnings

  • Individual treatment results vary based on clinical presentation, compliance, and individual biology.
  • Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, patients should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.

6. Booking & Cancellations

  • Seminar seats and consultation time slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon registration via Eventbrite.
  • Dental 359 reserves the right to modify event details or reschedule consultations if clinically or operationally required.
