What to Do in a Dental Emergency
1. Call Dental 359
Ring us on 1300 625 625 and tell us what’s happened. We’ll give you advice for your situation and let you know how soon to come in.
2. Manage the Pain
Rinse with warm water, use a cold pack for swelling, and take over-the-counter pain relief as directed on the packet.
3. Come In
Bring any knocked-out tooth (kept in milk) or broken fragments to your emergency dentist appointment. We’ll assess the tooth and talk you through what’s needed.

A chipped tooth might leave a rough edge, while a deeper break can expose the sensitive layers inside the tooth. Keep any broken pieces you can find, call us for an appointment and avoid chewing on that side.
